We have an immediate opening for a highly driven Project Manager with residential experience. This candidate will work on design at all phases, oversee project designers, coordinate consultants, detail projects, manage clients, process permits, meet with the City, and provide support for Construction Administration services.
•A professional degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited school
•Minimum 4 years of experience in an architectural firm working on all phases of design, detailing and permit processing
•Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD •Presentation images: Proficiency in Sketch Up 3D Modeling, Rendering in Vray, Photoshop post-production
•Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office •Strong design and graphic abilities
•Office management and supervision experience •Excellent communication, organizational skills, and client management •Experience in Small Lot Subdivisions is an asset
•U.S. citizen, green cardholder or have work authorization to work in the U.S.
